I have been told that I need a "firmware specialist" what ever
that may be, to program a US Nokia cell phone so that it can called and answered without ringing and or detection by whom ever is using holding the phone, and have the phone also operate as a normal cell phone for making and receiving calls at anytime. These modified Phones have been available in the UK, I am looking for someone who can help me with this in the states. All sincere replies will be appreciated.
