using a BT connection to access WAP thru a 6310i -

Hi there, can anyone tell me if it is possible to access WAP/internet on a 6310i thru bluetooth to a BT enabled PC connected to the internet?
i.e. without using the phone to dial up a service provider? Hope that makes sense, thnx
