Obex in N Series -

The device details for the N Series says "Bluetooth API (JSR-82 )" while for earlier phones like 6680 it says "Bluetooth API (JSR-82 No OBEX)"
Can some one please confirm whether this means that the N Series phone contains the Obex bluetooth package of JSR 82 implemented in it? Thanks
