Hi There,
I am very new to these things and I would highly appreciate some advice. I have developed couple of themes for s60 accompanied with both gif and swf screen savers. I was wondering how do you guys proof the quality of developed content. Do you test it in your own phones or is there a source to obtain test devices or ? What are the best S60 models for proofing?, and how about S40, any recommendations? Okay, I already know that my themes are working Ok in most of the S60's, how do I get them distributed best? Someone mentioned Nokia SWM and Handango are these considered the best? Finally, my works are original, but whats about DRM in regards with themes and screen savers. I know that there's almost too many questions, but I would really, really appreciate any advice you could give on how to get moving. Thanks :-) |

I am fairly new to Nokia theming too, but I can share a bit of my knowledge with you here:
Definitely the best way to test is on the handsets themselves; I've found that having friends with different phone models helps a lot ![]() As for distribution, Nokia SWM/Handango are good. There are other aggregators out there that are looking for fresh content, also. I think Nokia's Content Publishing tool can handle DRM issues. |

Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit is the newer tool for DRM - Nokia Content Publishing Tool is not available anymore.
