Has anybody successfully connected by bluetooth a 6310 and a 3870 if so please tell me how,if not also tell me because at least I will know it's not possible and can give up trying.

Just install http://www.compaq.com/support/files/handheldiPAQ/us/download/14376.html on your 3870 and check if your 6310 has the SW 4.31 (*#0000#)- 4.31 is recommended , but might be not essential
