OBEX timeout -

Hi all,
I can communicate with Nokia over Bluetooth, using OBEX, everything is fine, but ... I have to set a timeout (100ms) between every response. Unfortunately I am not able to find any documentation about required timeouts for OBEX. Even worse, if I response immediately the phone starts sending back broken packets. Any idea?
