Problems making .sis files in Theme Studio -

I have created a theme using v3.0 of Theme Studio for my model 6682 phone. However, I have not been able to generate a .sis file that retains all of the settings (font, color, highlights, icons, etc.) that are exhibited in Theme Studio. It appears that most of the theme is in tact, but I would like to know how to fix this problem.
