Converting Video Media on a 6102 to AVI or MPG -

I own a nokia 6102, and recently had a local event and recorded video on my phone, i have the pc suite and can transfer media from my phone to my pc and back and forth!
Anyways i want to convert my nokia multimedia to mpg or avi so i can share it on the internet without having people download some kind of "plug in" inorder to view it! I have scouted google,yahoo,alta vista and many other search engines and havent been able to find anything except for the multimedia convert but it converts mpg's and avi's to nokia multimedia format which i do not want, i want the opposite! Thankyou!

It is not a freeware program.
