theme studio wont install... -

I have problem in installing... i downloaded the S60_TS_3_0 package (several times) and tried to install. the install anywhere program starts to run and when it gets to 100% program closes and noething happens. later theme creator (S60-1.2) installs notmaly. Does anybody know whats happening?
