Nokia 6600 & avrcp profile -

Hi all
I'am working an project that use avrcp profile to send didaced command to mobile phone But the problem when i try to connect the phone-Nokia 6600-doesn't response to my request avrcp connection-> avrcp fail does nokia 6600 suuporting this profile? and it is the same for other S60 phones? if yes how to use it and handle communication using avrcp? thanks for any help Ben
