Chinese Localization for J2ME Games -

We are in the process of localizing our games for the chinese market and would like to get feedback from developers who have already done chinese localization on the questions we have. Great to get your feedback!
Server Side 1 How do we enter Chinese text in the database? We are tyring to insert data into the database thru a tool like Toad for MySql. Client Side 1 What version of the client software we should be using for Nokia phones (6681)? 2 What is the Character set which supports simplified Chinese? 3 How do we enter Chinese text in to the game source code? 4 What is the IDE usually people use for Chinese game programming? 5 How do we test the Chinese game after entering Chinese text in the game?
