Hi all,

I have just purchased a second hand Nokia 6020 and when going to capture a photograph on the camera I get the message 'unable to save file' continue to come up. This happens in standard, portrait, and night mode, yet the video is still 100% functional. There is also plenty of memory available.

I'd appreciate if someone could help me fix this problem.

If everything is correct u better ask the support of the nearest nokia servise centre
