sure, there is, facc, I used it a lot for my own nokia phone. but I don't think this is the right place to ask this kind of question, :-)

Try also ffmpeg. It is the holy grail of video conversion software.

i have a good freeware, Free Video Converter by iWisoft, i'm using it in windows not surely if it can work in linux.
