IS Symbian a Multitasking OS? IS it event driven ? -

HI...
CAn anyone tell me if Symbian a Multitasking OS or not? Can I program my 7650 by Series 60 SDK to send MMS and at the same time connect to other BT devices (and also listen to some songs same time?) Another question, is Symbian OS a event driven system ? or callback? Can the BT by programmed by any sort of polling? CAn the BT of 7650 be programmed so that it continosly searches for another BT device and lets me know if it finds one? OR does it has to be like I press some menu, then the BT searches for some other BT device?
