Somebody knows where can I get source code of mp3player installed on nokias s60 3rd ed. or from nokia 6630? thx

You can't get the sources for the pre-installed Nokia music players unless you're working for an S60 Licesee, or S60 [Phone] Product Creation Community company (and even so, the agreements for such probably limit what you can do with the code):
