Hello World example not working -

I have done as is mentioned in the pdf.But when i run the code, i get Authentication error,Server error
After that the same line "waiting for reply" goes on and on infinitely.What is the problem? i have copied helloworld into new project in wtk2.3. Then gone to settings and created username,password,port,etc.Copied the .mf file as jad. And another file too as was told.But still this error Someone please help
