Sharpening and Deblurring Camera Image -

Hi,
I am creating an application that captures barcodes on a Nokia 7610 and translates this to a UPC. My problem is that the image quality is not quite good enough to decode the barcode. Could anyone tell me if there is a way to sharpen or denoise the captured image, or know of any links that could help me out. I have found a few in Java, but none for J2ME.

You might want to try poriting those pointed out by Wang as there are no built-in functions in Java ME for this.
