Is emulator can use database ?
and i want to use carlendar on mobile i will......

No because you can use native symbian SQL database
Look at this link for code examples

You can use other solutions :

1. If you store your data to lists or dictionary and use only basic data types, you can get away with simple eval/repr.
   
2. load/store simple data/structure to a file and use marshal module.
   
3. Another solution a pickle replacement: Cerealizer has been ported to py_s60

It works with 1st and 2nd Edition but
not with 3rd edition (platform security problem)
