I have done all steps according to
Q: How to use NCF 1.2 bluetooth with S60 3rd Edition for Symbian C++ MR

and I have found out the device in the emulator, but it was failed when I paired it,
and then I got the last log message in the bluetooth pane of NCF following:

Sender : Emulator
Target : USB Dongle
HCI Packet Type: HCI_Command(0x01)
Command : Create_Connection 0x05

if i expand the last log message, and I get more messages. The last one is:
Sender : Emulator
Target : USB Dongle
HCI Packet Type: HCI_ACL_Data(0x02)
Command: Nothing

It seem the USB dongle do not response.

Hi,
I used pin code '0000' try pairing with the computer using PC Suite.
Remove the NCF USB driver code. Restart PC Remove and install BT USB.
Then try pairing with Nokia PC Suite. It may be you have a hardware compatability problem.
If you cannot pair PC Suite to phone You wont pair NCF.

I can pairing with the computer using PC Suite if I remove the BT USB driver.
and then I reinstall the NCF BT USB driver and pair with computer using NCF, the problem is still outstanding.
