bluetooth mp3 player--help needed -

i m planning to program a bluetooth mp3 player-a tool by which one mobile user can connect to the other mobile user and then share their data via bluetooth or buffering, both can read each others mp3 file and play on his mobile....
can some one suggest me the approach??how should i begin working and also it would be gr8 if someone helps me with some related materials...
