Hi there,
I have a axim WM5 PDA and i want to use the gprs function to get data from the internet when im away from a wi-fi hot spot. I'v been searching for days and i cant find anything usefull. Would any one here know how to go about doing this. I have a nokia 6230i and Windows mobile 5 PDA. I know its posible as i have established GPRS data connections before with my Palm PDA. Mike |

Turn on Bluetooth on both the phone and the PDA.
Make sure the phone's Bluetooth is not set to "hidden". On the PDA you can then create a new dial-up connection and then search for a Bluetooth modem (your phone). For the "number" to dial, use *99***1# (for the default GPRS Internet packet data connection for most operators). You might have to use this modem initialization string, too: +cgdcont=1,"ip","internet" |
