Pc Suite Communication Error Nokia 6265i -

I keep getting the below error message after having successfully sync'd my calendar & contacts:
"A Communications Error has occurred with the Nokia mobile phone." I re-installed the software & I was able to sync my data again but now the error message re-appears. I have a Nokia 6265i I have checked my Bluetooth settings & my pc recognizes the phone. Thanks RG

Hi,
I had this when the BT USB device's drivers were being reset by the XP SP2 driver which was incorrectly recognising the USB and loading MS drivers instead of leaving the drivers loaded earlier. When PC Suite starts up for some reason it jumps to the MS drivers not the IVT drivers. Good Luck Jim
