N70 Bluetooth won't work -

I have the N70 and a HDW-3 handsfree headset,I have sent it away to Nokia 3 or 4 times for repair as it won't connect as it should,they have sent me 2 brand new phones but still the same problem,the problem is one day it is fine and the next day it won't connect at all. The network i am using is 3G I don't know if that has anything to do with it.Have any of you had the same problem?
