First of all, hi to everyone. I hope I will be happy with you.

This is my problem:
I've set two different animations for startup and shutdown events in Theme Studio 2.1 on my s40 phone (a 6125).

The images are in *.gif format.
I've applied the theme on my phone but my animations are not displayed.
It still remain the animation of Nokia (the two hands).

I have had the same problem with the sound and i think i have the sulution for you.

You have to active the startup and shutdown in your phone.
I have a Nokia 6280 and i press...
MENU - Settings - Telephone - startuptone - ON

PS: My phone is not in english so maby the menues are not right but you will find it.

Notish that even when the startuptone is OFF the nokia animated logo will run any way and when you put it ON is should display the nokia animatied logo and then your animated logo and your sound if any.

If you find a way to disable the nokia animated logo i would like to know.

I've tried your suggestion, but it still won't work.

Peraphs *.gif format is not good? Have you also tried my theme? It works good?

This is a strange thing because we have the same version of s40 software...
