How to convert 3gp bytearray into image in J2ME? -

Hi,
I am trying to build a mobile app in which i am recording the video in 3gp format. I want to extract the frames from the recorded video. One hack i have tried is to extract the 100ms (corresponding to 1 frame) video recording means i have the bytearray which corresponds to the data of 100ms video recording. Now this data is in 3gp encoding. But i want to convert that bytearray into image (in any format). And i want this procedure to be repeated after some time gap. Can anyone please tell me whether its possible to convert that bytearray into image? And will there be any issue regarding the headers? Can anyone please tell me the solutions for these issues?
