Problem displaying full screen on 6131 -

I am working on the UI Theme for N6131 using ThemeStudio 2.1 (S40). The screen dimension for N6131 is 320x240 and the Flashlite Wallpaper was created in this dimension. The problem is i want the wallpaper to fill the entire screen but the phone displayed a top and bottom blue bar somewhat deliberately to keep all the icons, time and the bottom softkeys contained. I have no ways of removing the bars. Is it a phone default setting or am i missing something. Need help real soon!!! Thanks!
