I want to send sms using a specific sender ID but not found any documentation to play with PDU of SMS messaging. please help me how to do that?

According to the latest documentation there is only one function available in the PyS60 API taking only 2 parameters:

The messaging module offers APIs to messaging services. Currently, the messaging module has one
function:
sms send(recipient, message)
Sends an SMS message with body text message (Unicode) to telephone number recipient (string).

So if this is not enough you should read the source code to check how the function work and then do some C++ to satisfy your need
