Hello, this is my first post and I have a E62 and I have been trying to install a theme that I have created. I can compile the SIS and get the phone to start installing the theme but just after accepting the file I get the following error on the phone "Certificate Error: Contact the application Supplier". I am not sure who to contact or what this error is? Can anyone help with this problem.

Hi,

You have to set "Software installation to All". This setting is under Tools->Application Manager->Options->Settings

I am using Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition 3.1 for Symbian to transfer the SIS file. I build the key as instructed and I ca get as far as the phone accepting the file but on the device (Nokia E62) will posted that there is a "Certificate Error: Contact the software provider".

The instructions that you provided does not appear in the drop downs for Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition 3.1.

Hor255 meant to say about real device settings, not for Carbide.
You would find this on your phone.

That was the issue. The phone was not accepting the key. I have the Theme downloaded now.
