hi all can u help me to realize player for mpg file?

I try to develop player, this work for 3gp video but when i select mpg video display is black. None exception

hi,
did you mean "video/mp4", "video/mpeg4" content type?
if so check if it can be played with native player and check if it does not contain any non-standard codec,

Thanks for help, but i got an application in j2se for record video from webcam and save it in .mpg format i use this extection in source:

VideoFormat.H263

FileTypeDescriptor.QUICKTIME

on pc work fine, but on n80 not play. Help me pls
