video capture using j2me -

Hi all, can anybody provides me guidelines for creating a video capture.. application using j2me with wireless tool kit. as i want to create a player which use camera to record a video clip stores some where the mobile as a file or in a buffer and than take that file from buffer and play that file...using a video player .... reply as soon as possible.. Thanks Shalini...
