record video in mpg format for mobile phone -

hi all,
I develope appl in j2se for record video from web cam and send it to mobile phone. Problem is follow: i can save video in mpg format but phone cant play video but support video/mpeg. Help me pls

hi,
compare your codecs used by j2se library with Nokia devices capabilities: Video capabilities content types are supported for creating players in the S60 implementation Player content types and MMAPI controls (in S40) regards, Peter
