Icons and Carbide 3.1 -

Hi - Am just getting started using Carbide to create themes for a 6630, so forgive me if this is a stupid question.
Am I right in thinking that I need to open / save every icon that is included with a demo theme (like Frost) before they get recognised and transferred across with the theme ?? Is there no way to say .. use them all ? Where can I get libraries of icons that can be used in creating themes. I don't have time or the skill to create my own but i don't like the defaults in the 6630. Free is preferable by I don't mind paying a small amount. With Thanks - Andy
