Hello,
Has anyone managed to convert a s60 Midlet to work on a S80 device: 9300 or 9500 by using the following jad inputs: Nokia-MIDlet-Original-Display-Size: 176,208 Nokia-MIDlet-Target-Display-Size: xxx,xxx The thing is that the midlet launches on the s80 as is (without those jad inputs), but the screen size difference causes the thing to be a mess. We have succeeded in converting the same midlet from s60 to s60 with different resolutions (from 176,208 to 352,416). They work allright. But if we try to use the jad input with 640,200 (s80 screen size) it doesnt work. Still a mess. Has anyone found a correct target diplay size for the s80? regards, A-P |

I do not think that this jad attribute has been implemented on Series 80 devices.
The screen size of 9300 and 9500 is so different that this kindo of automatic scaling would not create a good result anyway. Hartti |

Ok, thanks.
Do you know if S40 phones have support for this jad feature? -AP |

No, Series 40 phones do not support this.
