Downloading GIF animations on 6230 -

Hi,
I tried downloading some 128x128 gif animations to my Nokia 6230, though, every time I download such animation, the resolution's getting smaller- to 32x32. The file size is gets smaller respectively. Any idea why is that happening? -One of the gif animations I try to download to my phone http://img2.tapuz.co.il/forums/1_90031637.gif
