No tools, besides theme creation tools. Use http://www.ownskin.com or the Carbide.ui S60 Theme Edition (downloadable from the tools area on http://forum.nokia.com) to create themes with full-screen background pics.

how can i get certificate file such as *.p7c or *.cer to create file sis to create file sis to save it on theme studio 3.1? N how can i get Public Key such as *.key or *.pem to create file sis to save it on theme studio 3.1?
Please help me.............
