nokia pc suite will not play 3gp files i have created on my phone. it always used to but for some reason has stopped. I cannot explain why

Tried latest PC Suite (6.82.22) from http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite ?

In any case, what does "will not play" mean (any error messages)? Which phone did you use to record it?

I get the message "the content format of the opened file is not supported".

I make recordings on my 6280 and use the software which came with my phone. I haven't updated as the last time I did that loads of things wouldn't work!

I have seen corrupt files generated by phones and I have run them through the "Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0" and tried them again and they work.
