i can't play an MP4 file on my nokia6708... -

a friend of mine recorded a video on her N70 phone and i copied it through bluetooth on my 6708 but when i tried to play it, the phone generated an error telling me that the format (which is MP4) is not supported by its player...but how come it's not supported if in the specs of the 6708 it says that it supports MP4 format
 do i need to download a codec or something...i hope somebody could help me on this...
