A Reference to the xml file in Series 40 third Edition -

As you see at the topic, I'm searching a Reference for about the theme_descriptor.xml file that controls the appearance af the Theme. Am I blind or or there is realy no Reference to find. For me is it enough to have one xml file with all Option in there, so I can find out how it works.
I can't use the Theme Studio, because I only have MacOSX and Linux boxes at home. Can anyone give me please an advice? Thanks in advance.

I need a perfect one (.tdf) for s60 v3 themes too.

it seems that there is still no dtd file published, i was searching on different search engines with different search terms, but no luck :-( I have the same problem, my computers are equipped with osx and linux, but no windows. A complete dtd file would be enough for me to work with themes!
